VIENNA (AFP) — The head of the UN atomic watchdog, Mohamed ElBaradei, is to visit Tehran at the end of this week to try and clear up some of the outstanding issues surrounding Iran’s disputed nuclear programme, an agency spokeswoman said Monday.
