Iran opening up to inspections?
Filed Under News Articles | Leave a Comment

My question is, why doesn’t Iran just open itself to inspections all of the time? If they have nothing to hide, then why just have a 5-day window open for inspections? I suspect they see that George Bush’s support is waning badly, and a good PR stunt like this will only help their cause against the U.S. continued presence in Iraq.

“The problem is that the Islamic republic speaks the language of
peace with the neighbors and provokes the US, as though they have
nothing to do with the outcomes of such provocation. Iran calls for
regional cooperation and at the same time exposes it to the
repercussions of its conflict with the US.”
